Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) businesses build enduring client relationships through sound, thoughtful and objective advice. The Field Support Specialist is responsible for targeted day-to-day operational processing across multiple sales locations. Works closely with the Field Support Manager and Assistant Field Support Manager to ensure timely processing and delivery of operations and client support to Advisors and Licensed Bankers. The Field Support Specialist is responsible for processing operational tasks related to asset movement and trade processing. This includes, but is not limited to, check deposits, check disbursements, physical security deposits, trade corrections, and order errors. Coordinates incoming & outgoing correspondence, wire traffic email distribution, record storage & retrieval, and the submission of account documentation for imaging. The Field Support Specialist is responsible for identifying and escalating potential risk-related operational activities and managing service level standards to ensure timely and accurate delivery of operations support.

Position can be located in the following: Central CA market, Sierra Valley market (including but not limited to: San Jose, Roseville, Sacramento and Reno, NV - these markets do NOT include Las Vegas)

Required Qualifications

* 6+ months of experience meeting deadlines in a business or office environment demonstrated through work or military experience

Desired Qualifications

* Experience in cashiering or wire operations
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
* Brokerage operations experience
* Knowledge and understanding of brokerage: systems or applications
