Momentum Solar is a premier residential solar provider with offices throughout the U.S. Founded in 2009, Momentum has grown exponentially over the past decade. We implement the entire solar process to ensure a seamless transition to renewable energy.

We are looking for a vibrant Customer Service Representative to assist in Inbound Calls. This person will be assisting customers and employees on any inquiry regarding Momentum Solar.

Job Duties:

  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls
  • Handle Customer issues with patience and poise.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert on Solar Technology and Renewable Energy
  • Serve as the first level of customer service for inquiries and problems
  • Use different applications to gather the necessary information and notify management
  • Update company database by inputting information from each call and keeping customer fields current
  • Requirements:

  • Candidate must be able to work in a team environment
  • Must have a 'team first' attitude
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Able to excel in an extremely fast paced environment
  • Ability to handle many different types of personalities
  • Must be able to take direction from senior management
  • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent work experience.
