About the Role

Working in a collaborative environment, our Team Assistant will provide high level support to our consultants within the client team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking to take the next step in their career. Your passion and previous administration experience, preferably in either superannuation or finance, will see you thrive in this role.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to

  • Providing general administrative support to the team
  • Managing the administrative component of multiple concurrent client projects
  • Arranging travel including flights and accommodation
  • Coordinating teleconferences and internal events to ensure smooth delivery of consultant briefings
  • Producing and formatting documents, including reports and presentations Processing statements of work and engagement letters
  • Maintaining and updating Mercer s client information system
  • Preparing client invoices
  • Processing expense statements
  • About you

    You have a passion for administration. You thrive in a fast paced environment and have a high attention to detail. You support your peers and pride yourself on your interpersonal skills. You demonstrate initiative, are proactive and will be highly motivated with the ability to manage competing deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and interpersonal skill are essential.
