RESPONSIBILITIES
Infosys Consulting is looking for talented and highly motivated consultants to join our Life Sciences consulting practice. As a Senior Consultant, you will work on strategic programs in clinical supply chain helping clients in biopharmaceutical, medical devices and drug distributors develop strategic business capabilities while further deepening your knowledge in in this area.
  • Lead program work streams, responsible for schedules, deliverables, quality, client buy-in and reporting leading to successful program delivery and client delight
  • Engage with key stakeholders for execution of day-to-day interactions with client teams
  • Conduct interviews/workshops/walkthroughs with subject matter experts and process owners to gather information for analysis, recommendations, requirements and for preparation of project deliverables
  • Participate in solution development that enable adoption of digital capabilities for Life Sciences organizations. Publish white papers/view points in leading industry journals; participate in industry events.
  • Participate in practice development activities; participate in consultant training processes.
  • Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple client locations

  • BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
    Demonstrates proven success in roles and thorough abilities in one or more of the following areas:
  • Strong understanding of the clinical trial and clinical research processes
  • Knowledge of clinical function demand planning, clinical development, study management, packaging and labeling, distribution management and CRO/CMO operations
  • Understanding of laboratory requirements, ICH guidelines, USP requirements and FDA guidance
  • Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence concepts such as inventory allocation, network optimization and demand forecasting
  • Hands-on experience in working with clinical supplies systems, quality systems, IRT, label and CTMS
  • Experience with technical solution implementation
  • 5-7 years of professional experience in Life Sciences industry working for a consulting services organization and/or industry experience.
  • Bachelors degree

  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in translating business objectives to system requirements
  • Experienced in leading strategic and tactical discussions with Sr., Director and Director level
  • Industry experience working directly at pharmaceutical, medical devices or pharmaceutical distributor organization is a plus
