Works with client to conduct diagnostics and analysis on major strategic issues in customer experience strategy, omni-channel strategy and sales effectiveness, product development.
Works with business and IT stakeholders to define business capabilities for customer journeys, advanced analytics and KPIs
Leads business and technology solution definition for Concept to Launch and/or Leads to Cash and/or Trouble to resolve business processes
Manage the implementation team for solution design, development and testing
Manages communications with Director and VP level executives
Leads workshops with senior industry executives to help create a roadmap for solving their complex issues
Leads strategic digital transformation programs for telecoms/wireless service providers
Leads proposal development and pursuits for multi-million dollar programs.
Manages pipelines from opportunity identification to contract
Responsible for the program delivery on all types of consulting engagements that includes strategy definition, business process design and technology enabled transformation programs for telecoms clients
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 7 years of relevant work experience with three years of experience in comparable consulting services.
Strong telecoms industry domain expertise, strong leadership and communications skills
Must have experience in telecoms industry consulting, preferably from big 4
Must have experience delivering Digital Transformation projects implementing PEGA or SFDC for telecoms service providers like Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, CenturyLink, Comcast, Charter, Cox Communications, Cablevision/Altice
Must have hands-on experience leading team size of 10-30 people to deliver projects for telecoms clients
Ability to travel 4 days a week to multiple local, state and national client locations.

Deep understanding of Telecom Industry Value Chain, Retail, and Customer Experience
Experience in Telecoms Products Management life cycle in Wireless, Wireline, Cable, Satellite sectors for Voice, Data, Video
Ability to work as part of a cross-cultural team including flexibility to support multiple time zones when necessary.
Ability to interact at all levels of clients organizations particularly with senior leaders at CXO level.
10 years of experience playing similar role in a top tier management consulting company
MBA and Masters Degree is preferred
