Company:MercerDescription:TITLE: Senior Digital Project Manager (Mercer (US) Inc. - New York, NY)DUTIES:* Responsible for converting digital marketing ideas into an actionable plan based on the company's strategic objectives and to carefully manage that plan of action to be successfully executed.* Understand the scope and scale of online based projects and organize the teams accordingly.* Determine project goals and priorities with project sponsors and other key stakeholders.* Lead creation of a project charter, including the definition of completion and success criteria.* Engage project sponsor, stakeholders and team with effective communication and project leadership.* Develop effective project plans with defined objectives, deliverables and communication plans.* Play a key role in facilitating communication with stakeholders and tying together all of the different stakeholders who touch and other digital channels.* Recognize and understand competing business requirements and make recommendations.* Establish and communicate clear priorities among project activities, tasks, and resources.* Prevent, identify, and mitigate risks and barriers to project success.* Assess and evaluate project success.* Conduct post-implementation reviews and documentation of all findings.REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Marketing, or a related field plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or as a Digital Marketing Manager, Marketing Assistant, or a related position.* Must have four (4) years of experience with manipulating large datasets to analyze, test, validate, and report public web usage data; end-to-end testing process including gathering requirements and measurement; developing and optimizing nurture tracks and triggered communications; selecting KPIs and goals; test execution; automated lead nurture setup and optimization; creating reports for Marketing and Sales teams on actionable trends that can influence and accelerate the sales process; designing, creating and maintaining user roles, profiles and hierarchies; monitoring application storage usage and archive data; creating SalesForce process to help monitor activities, trends, sales, and leads; developing process documentation and field maps; ensuring data integrity and documentation of tracking standards; generating reports, insights and recommendations based on data; using real-time web analytics for monitoring results and optimizing testing outcomes; developing analytic dashboards and automated reports; build, implement and monitor Marketo programs; and querying large databases analytics and develop SEO strategies utilizing SEO tools to achieve goals of internal and external Marketing campaign.At Mercer, we make a difference in the lives of more than 110 million people every day by advancing their health, wealth, and careers.
