Company:Guy CarpenterDescription:The Digital Marketing Leader role will report directly into the Head of Marketing & Communications and supervise 2-3 colleagues. This position will partner with internal stakeholders to identify marketing opportunities and provide expertise on supporting sales activity through market analysis. The role is well suited for an established marketing professional who can refine and enhance the global digital marketing strategy as well as provide support to Guy Carpenter's overall marketing strategy.Key Responsibilities:* Partner with internal stakeholders to define processes for collaboration on content, messaging and marketing collateral.* Lead the marketing department in the roll out of various regional marketing campaigns* Create targeted, compelling value propositions and marketing-driven sales campaigns that are consistent with global business and channel strategies* Partner with Sales to identify opportunities to support brokers, client executives and relationship managers throughout the sales lifecycle and buyer journey.* Support sales activity through market analysis, audience segmentation and implement a cross-channel analytics strategy to improve sales enablement programs* Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing programs and campaigns across digital channels, including conversion metrics through phases of the buyer lifecycle and ROI data for key areas of marketing spend. Present an analytics dashboard to executive leadership to communicate KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement* Identify buyer personas, using cross-channel behavioral analytics to profile audience segments. Apply a test-and-learn approach (A/B testing) to improve communication and marketing strategies for key segments* Manage all direct-to-client and prospect marketing* Evaluate current marketing capabilities and recommend ways to elevate the strategy through tools and resources* Coordinate across marketing and communication functions to ensure alignment on activities and support sales enablement across the team* Ensure a targeted marketing approach through the use of metrics to measure impact of activities in driving sales conversions* Manage and oversee the growth and development of direct reports.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in field of Communications or Marketing* 5-10 years of marketing experience preferably in the Insurance and/or (re)Insurance sector* Ability to work cross-functionally across different departments to achieve aligned objectives* Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills* B2B marketing experience including sales enablement, campaign planning and execution, audience segmentation and targeting, content management, and analytics* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail* Experience in digital analytics, measuring performance and analyzing metrics to support overall strategyGuy CarpenterGuy Carpenter & Company, LLC, a leading global risk and reinsurance specialist, has over a 90-year history of providing integrated solutions to the (re)insurance industry.
