Specifically, leveraging resources and relationships from across MMC to explore emerging client and market needs, identify MMC solutions, and drive measurable impact through focused strategic sales efforts.* Work with the MMC Advantage leadership team and Directors, MMC Advantage Insights team, MMC Country Corporate Officers, Operating Company leaders, Country/regional leadership teams and client facing colleagues to bring together the best talent, resources and intellectual capital from across MMC to accelerate top line revenue for MMC's businesses and enhance client relationships.* Work with MMC Advantage Global Industries Leader and MMC Advantage Global Geographies Leader on special projects (e.g. MMC Advantage microsite).* Directly support and project manage the development and implementation of selected MMC Advantage growth strategies in the areas of Client Engagement, Colleague Enablement and Solutions Development:* Client Engagement:* Support MMC Advantage Directors on targeted client strategies aimed at driving cross-MMC sales activities* Colleague Enablement:* Work with MMC Advantage Directors to develop and execute strategies to increase colleagues' knowledge and understanding of MMC's solutions and capabilities and facilitate 'MMC Awareness' through networking and other strategies* Produce MMC case studies* Solution Development:* Work with MMC Advantage Directors in assigned industries to address emerging risks, pilot and launch industry-specific solutions by leveraging capabilities from across the firm, and develop targeted client strategies aimed at driving cross-OpCo sales activities* Leverage the MMC Advantage incentive program to increase cross company referrals and team-based referrals* Support, as needed, the Application and Data Insights team with project based workMarsh & McLennan Companies is a global professional services firm offering clients advice and solutions in the areas of risk, strategy and people.
