Responsible for building consumer and business customer relationships by proactively recommending appropriate deposit, loan and other banking products. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily, while providing exemplary customer service. Serves in a concierge role and services walk-in customers. Provides excellent customer service and effectively resolves customer issues. Proficient in consumer deposit products and consumer lending. Drives sales through walk-in customers, a disciplined sales process and new customer follow-up program. Responsible for the basic consumer relationships using current technology to drive both sales and service. Sources referrals from customers, tellers and partners. Educates and refers customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships and build strong internal partnerships pursuant to OCR guidelines. Adheres to all operational, security, risk and regulatory related policies and procedures. Demonstrates acumen in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication and presentation. This role serves as the ‘Digital Coach’ in the branch and is responsible for educating customers and colleagues about digital banking tools. Responsible for delivering meetings with their branch team and working with their Branch Manager to build action plans to increase awareness and usage of our digital tools.
