Role Responsibilities

* Support FA team managing portfolio of relationships across banking, investments and lending (subject to appropriate licensing)
* Support team in achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual goals across their Balanced Scorecard
* Perform investment servicing (e.g. trade execution, administration) subject to appropriate licensing
* Provide strong support to team across periodic portfolio reviews for KYC, Account Activity, Investment reviews, etc.
* Process a variety of daily administrative account servicing (journal entries, wire transfers, trade corrections, order entry, etc.)
* Drive business development opportunities for Financial Advisor team through interactions with clients, identifying potential needs and escalating to team members accordingly


* Experience in financial services, supporting Financial Advisors, in a client-facing capacity
* Experience in trading and investment servicing (subject to appropriate licensing)
* Have appropriate FINRA licensing (Series 7, Series 63/65/66) and/or capable of attaining licensing with in a designated time period
* Proficient in software applications (ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point).
* Knowledge of Bloomberg and Pershing (NetX360) systems is a plus.
* Team player - ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
* Ability to work under stress.
* Well organized, detail oriented self-starter.
* Ability to communicate with co-workers and clients.
* Excellent written and communication skills.
* Requirement: Fluency in Mandarin. Cantonese is also plus.
* Bachelor's Degree
