DETAILS: ACI Worldwide is looking to fill one Director,Financial Information Systems position to be based out of its Elkhorn, Nebraskaoffice located at 6060 Coventry Drive, Elkhorn, Nebraska 68022. Position responsible for the following: Managing activities of the Financial InformationSystems Team for the business function including implementation, configuration,and support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application. Manage projects timelinesand functional requirements. Develop relationships across the business to supportthem and provide strategies to use the systems effectively and efficiently. Job responsibilities: Lead the support and maintenance of the OracleFusion Cloud ERP application. Play a key role in Oracle ERP Cloud ImplementationProject. Providing data conversion, functional setup, and other key technicaland functional activities as required. Lead the effort of designing and maintainingsource system interfaces into and out of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud. Serve as thelead functional support resource once the Oracle ERP Cloud implementation iscomplete. Manage, support, and evolve the business applications with a focus onthe creation of business value by matching business goals with it solutions.Identify, guide, and support development of reports to meet business reportingrequirements on go forward basis. Manage user-security role assignments anddevelopment of new roles to meet sox controls. Manage application projects froma high level to ensure timeliness, technical direction, and emphasis oncustomer service for the business. Often participate in these projects as afunctional or technical resource as well. Develop and maintain a relationshipwith the various business units to ensure their needs and expectations are met.Be responsible for job assignment, issue resolution, customer advocacy, andon-call support of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP applications. Review and analyze theeffectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop strategies forimproving or further leveraging these systems. Manage team of individualsresponsible for end user support (no direct supervisory duties). Lead multipleprojects and assist with development and configuration activities to ensurespecifications and business requirements are met. Coordinate and assist team inperforming in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and newsystems. Provide orientation and training to power users / end users formodified and new systems. Ensure compliance with internal control requirements.Perform other duties as assigned. Understand and adhere to all corporatepolicies, including but not limited to ACI Worldwide’s Code of Ethics and GlobalInformation Security.


Qualifications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’sDegree (foreign equivalent accepted) in M.I.S., Business Administration, Accounting,Finance, or a related field of study plus 8 years’ progressively responsiblework experience in the occupation or a related field. Experience must include the followingspecific experience and knowledge:

  • 8 years’ experience in Oracle ERP (EBS & Fusion)Financials implementation and support;
  • 5 years’ experience with data conversions (e.g., openinvoices, customers and suppliers); designing and implementing integrationswith third party applications; implementing global tax modules; and designingand managing new solutions and related roll outs.
  • 3 years’ experience in Oracle Fusion Financialsimplementation and support;
  • Possess and understanding of finance and accountingbusiness processes;
  • Demonstrated ability to provide training and supportto application users; and
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and provide emergencysupport.
  • Mayrequire domestic and international travel up to 10% of the time dependent uponbusiness needs.
