Responsible for providing support to the Project Manager in conjunction with the Customer Relationship Management Salesforce system project (InSight Office).
Works under the direct guidance of the Project Manager to ensure coordination of the InSight Office project team efforts to complete project objectives and deliverables.
Participates as an active member of the InSight Office project team and supports the team as delegated by the Project Manager.
Attends all team meetings and records meeting minutes.
In conjunction with consultant team and post implementation, responsible for daily administration and support of Salesforce database, including but not limited to managing multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules.
Tracks project status and prepares project status reports for Project Manager. Maintains project documentation as required.
Manages, tests and controls all Salesforce changes in the Sandbox environment with a complete understanding of how change-sets deploy changes into the Production environment.
Completes all compliance training and completes all Salesforce (InSight Office) trainings as required.
Understands all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and complies with the requirements.
One (1) or more years of project related experience preferred.
Minimum one (1) - two (2) years of previous experience with Salesforce InSight Office system.
Experience using Salesforce AppExchange to leverage applications.
Experience with Salesforce1 and Salesforce Lightening development and applications.
Proficient in MS Office products (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook).
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication skills; written and verbal.
Bachelors Degree preferred.
Salesforce Certification (ADM201) required.
